Fusion5 adds scale with Optimum Consulting acquisition

Fusion5, an Australasian business solutions company, has acquired 100% of the share capital in Optimum Consulting, an Australian Microsoft partner specialising in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

This follows Fusion5's recent purchases of IntegrationWorks and GoCloud.

Optimum Consulting, founded in 2022, brings expertise in retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, and wholesale sectors. With nearly 60 staff and a strong customer base, Fusion5 CEO Sven Martin highlighted that the acquisition will strengthen Fusion5's capabilities in vertical markets and enhance its Microsoft offerings.

Optimum’s CEO Matthew Lingard expressed that the partnership aligns culturally and strategically, presenting growth opportunities for both teams and customers.

VCF Capital acted as financial advisor on the acquisition and successfully managed a sell-side process from end-to-end.
