Australian Sustainable Protein Fund Purchases Stanbridge Grow-out Site

Murray Cod Australia Limited and Australian Sustainable Protein Fund have executed a binding contract to purchase the Stanbridge site, which is currently under development.  

Murray Cod Australia Limited also successfully funded the $20m debt facility, which was previously advised to the ASX on October 31, 2023. 

The facility has been provided by iPartners.

Funds from the Facility will be used to complete the next stage of grow-out ponds currently being constructed at the Stanbridge site and provide a cash buffer for the Company’s future growth needs. 

VCF Capital acted as financial advisor on the establishment of a senior debt facility.
