Leor signs a sales agreement to be acquired by G8 Education Ltd.

VCF Capital Partners advises Leor, a specialist provider of in-home childcare and NDIS services, in the sale of its business to G8 Education Ltd. Leor joins G8 Education Ltd, Australia’s largest listed childcare service provider in pursuit of its vision and continuation of its growth.
